Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your payment process at any time *before* you complete the payment (e.g., by closing the Razorpay modal or the PayPal window).

Once a payment is successfully completed, the order is considered final and is processed immediately. A unique download link is generated and sent to your email. At this point, the sale is complete and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our "FileTrace Lifetime License" software.

Due to the digital, non-returnable nature of our product, once the download link has been sent and the software is delivered, we cannot issue a refund. When you purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund as soon as the download is made available to you.
